Failed delivery and returns
If delivery cannot be completed because no person is available to receive the order, access is not available, the address is incorrect, or delivery instructions are inadequate, we may attempt re-delivery, return the order, or dispose of the goods where necessary to protect food safety. Additional delivery, return, storage or disposal charges may apply where the failed delivery is not caused by us. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of frozen products for change of mind, and any return, refund or replacement will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our returns process.

We specialise in frozen and temperature-sensitive food products and operate a cold-chain distribution model designed to protect food safety, quality and product integrity from dispatch to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver frozen products, and the responsibilities of customers receiving them. This policy should be read together with any product-specific storage instructions, order confirmations and our terms of sale.
Shipping method and temperature control
All frozen products are packed, stored and transported using temperature-controlled processes intended to maintain the required frozen condition throughout transit. We aim to dispatch products in a way that preserves the cold chain, including the use of frozen storage, insulated packaging, refrigerants or temperature-controlled freight as appropriate to the order. Frozen products must remain frozen hard on delivery. If a cold-chain failure, temperature excursion or product integrity issue is identified before delivery, we may delay, withhold or cancel dispatch to protect food safety and product quality.
Dispatch and delivery windows
Orders are generally processed and dispatched on business days only. To reduce the risk of delay and protect frozen goods in transit, we may limit dispatch days, delivery areas or carrier options and may avoid dispatch immediately before weekends, public holidays or other periods likely to extend transit time. Any delivery timeframes we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruption, regional access limitations or other events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery availability and authority to leave
Because our products are primarily frozen foods, someone must usually be available to receive the order at the nominated delivery address unless we have expressly agreed to unattended delivery. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any instructions necessary for safe access. We may refuse unattended delivery where, in our reasonable opinion, leaving the order would risk thawing, spoilage, contamination, theft or other loss of product integrity. If authority to leave is permitted, the customer accepts the risk from the time the order is left at the nominated location.
Receipt and handling on arrival
Customers should inspect their order promptly on delivery and transfer frozen products to suitable freezer storage without delay. If any product arrives thawed, damaged, contaminated, incomplete or otherwise appears unsafe or unsuitable, the customer should notify us as soon as possible with details of the issue and retain the product and packaging until we provide further instructions. We may request photographs, delivery details, batch or date information, or other evidence reasonably required to assess the claim.

Risk and title
Subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, risk in the products passes to the customer on delivery, or earlier where the customer has authorised us or the carrier to leave the order unattended.
