Where can I buy your products?

You can place large orders online. If you are purchasing in bulk, please contact Celia’s
Kitchen at sales@celiaskitchen.com.au to request a quote and submit your purchase
order.

Do you provide nutritional information and allergen details?

All of our products are gluten-free, and Celia’s Kitchen can provide ingredient traceability. Customers with nut, dairy, soy or egg allergies should review the relevant product specifications before purchasing. Product specification sheets can be provided on request.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we will require evidence of the issue and will contact you to discuss a suitable resolution/replacement. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on food products.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We prepare fresh products and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Metro deliveries are typically dispatched within 5 days of receiving payment. For bulk orders, please allow up to 10 days from receipt of your purchase order for dispatch.

What is the shelf life of Celia’s Kitchen products?

Frozen dough products have a shelf life of up to 6 months when stored at -18°C. Prepacked flour mixes have a shelf life of up to 6 months when stored sealed in a cool, dry place.Prepared frozen meals, including products containing dairy, egg, meat, chicken and/or fish, have a shelf life of up to 6 months when stored frozen at -18°C. Shelf life may vary depending on product formulation, packaging and storage conditions.

What certifications do you hold?

Our partner manufacturers are all Coeliac Australia, Kosher, Halal and HACCP certified. Celia’s Kitchen are currently working towards Coeliac Australia, Kosher and Halal certification. In addition, our staff hold Food Safety certifications, and we are HACCP compliant.

We expect our suppliers and manufacturing partners to comply with all applicable laws and to maintain standards that help identify, assess and address modern slavery risks within their operations and supply chains. Where appropriate, we seek information from suppliers about their policies, certifications and sourcing practices as part of our due diligence process.
